Folks - it is about time that Mr. and Ms. Joe Public are reminded that when they voted for GWB to "protect" their precious marriage against the homosexuals, they were also voting into power the TRUE slippery slope - once they decide what group cannot marry do you think they will stop there?? What about who can/cannot get divorced - like the average American citizen? Giving the state/US a power to govern such issues is going to lead to an oppression not seen in literally hundreds of years.
And now look - Chimpy will snub the entire country of the UK by not sitting with Prince Charles and his to-be wife (they will be married by this time) when PC makes a visit to the white house that has been three years in planning! Why would he allow such an affront on a world figure like this? Well - because CAMILLA is a - horrors - divorcée. Of course, there is not mention that Charles is one also...
Now, how come Ronald Reagan could be Prez? He was divorced? How come so many of our (Republican mostly) legislators are divorced and still allowed to lead? How come so many people listen to Rush Limbaugh and god knows he has seen the back end of a marriage a time or two...
