Your Thoughts on the Merits

Anyone have any thoughts on what federal constitutional or federal statutory claims the Schindlers have to support their federal law suit?

For what it's worth, on March 18, 2005, Federal Judge James S. Moody, Jr., ruled that there was not a substantial likelihood that the Schindlers could prevail on their federal claims.
