I thought this article was a spoof on someone's blog at first, but...it is NOT:

President Bush made a stop to speak with some flat-world cronies in Grapevine, TX. The Daily Texan, a University of Texas at Austin college newspaper, entitled its article Conservative Group Commends Bush, and for all intents and purposes it was another a**-kissing article in the president's adopted state.

However, check out the first paragraph (bolds by Julien's List):

GRAPEVINE - Roads were shut down Wednesday and residents living in nearby apartments between Dooley and Ruth Wall Roads were warned not to look out of their windows Wednesday. School busses from Grapevine-Colleyville ISD formed a perimeter around the site where President George W. Bush was scheduled to land. No one was going to get a glance of the president on his way to the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center.

Um...excuse me? No one was allowed to look out of their windows in this land of the free?????

These poor schmucks pay the salary of the president, I believe...

This is starting to sound more like ...where??

Here is an article that states for all to see that people are now not allowed to even glance at his high-holiness-self-appointed-son-of-God-military-shirker-dry-drunk-incompetent-polls-dropping-through-the-floor-sorry-excuse-for-a-leader, and where is the outrage??
