From the Saturday's editor's letters in the Indianapolis Star:

Bolton appointment lowers U.S. standing

George W. Bush has demonstrated his staggering lack of
integrity once again by the recess appointment of the odious John Bolton as
ambassador to the United Nations. This repulsive man has even been referred to
by Republican Sen. Voinovich as "The poster boy for who not" to be assigned this
position.
Once again, under Bush's dubious stewardship, the United States'
standing in the world has been lessened, as all at the U.N. will know that this
person was not wanted there by the Senate.
