John Roberts as Chief Justice???

I am more disturbed by the idea of John Roberts as Chief Justice than I am by the idea of him as one of eight Associate Justices. Two thoughts:


1) He really is the best that Bush can offer.

2) With this change, his nomination may be a whole new ballgame.
