My favorite part of the whole article is the intro. I have added the bolds:

Ninety-one thousand tons of ice cubes, that is, intended to cool food, medicine and sweltering victims of the storm. It would cost taxpayers more than $100 million, and most of it would never be delivered.

Read the rest....and then tell the knuckle-draggers to stop whining about the Democratic Mayor and the Governor of LA - I thought the GOP hated taxes and waste - maybe $100 million in melted ice will finally wake them up to what is really going on with waste by the current administration....waste through utter incompetence and apathy for those not right and/or white.
